Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Nigerian Army, Lieutenant General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja is billed as the Special Guest of Honour and Reviewing Officer for the 85 Regular Recruits Intake Passing Out Parade (POP) holding at RSM Hama Kin parade ground, Chindit Cantonment, Depot Nigerian Army, Zaria, Kaduna State on Saturday, October 21.
A total of 6,315 Recruits will be passing out on Saturday for subsequent deployment to various Corps in the Nigeria Army.
The POP officially brings to a close the rigorous training of the Recruits at Depot Nigerian Army.

Major Enmanuel Onoja in a statement said the training covers all aspects of Military and ancillary courses required for optimal combat efficiency of troops in the Nigerian Army (NA) and the Armed Forces in general.
The statement read in part; “the Special Guest of Honour and Reviewing Officer for the 85 Regular Recruits Intake Passing Out Parade will be the Chief of Army Staff Nigerian Army (COAS) LT Gen Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja while the Chief Host is the Commandant Depot Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Mohammed Aminu Abdullahi”.
Other dignitaries expected to grace the event include the Governor of Kaduna State, Uba Sani, and the Emir of Zazzau, HRH Ahmed Nuhu Bamali, as well as other dignitaries within the Military and Civil Sectors.
